Why a call is different from a post
Anyone can say a token is going up. A call costs a refundable bond, states an explicit probability, and is timestamped before the fact — so when it is wrong it stays wrong, on a record everyone can read.
A thesis can be embargoed at publication and opened later, which is what makes early access worth paying for — subscribers read the argument now, everyone else reads the same argument when the embargo lifts, at most seven days later. What is sold is the delay, not the information. The position underneath is never embargoed: if a call could be hidden until it was known to be right, none of these records would mean anything.
